    Please stop!

Unless she is a very early PM or a white body. don't pay that much!

Besides to constantly keep bidding will cause a bidding war, and her price could go to atronomical amounts.

You have been saving your money for quite sometime, please decide what you will absolutely not go over for a PM Kirsten and get yourself a good sniping service.

Have patience, Kirsten is always on ebay. You could find a great one often.

There is another one I'm watching but it still has 2 days left. I just don't know what a good price for one would be.

Never even put a bid in until the absolute last minute you can (I finally caved and went with a sniper service) even if you put it in an hour before the end, someone might come along and up it.

Putting a bid in days before is just a way to make the price go higher- and make for happy sellers.

Decide exactly what you want to spend, before your start bidding, and don't go past that.

There will always be another one.

bid at the last moment the most you can spend. You will get it or not. Don't bid until the last min. You get in a bidding war which is good for the seller, but not so good for you.

thanks for the info guys. I'll just let that Kirsten pass. I've got a couple other AGs that I am looking at too (but haven't bid yet) and the seller of the Kirsten sent me this

"Hi, hope you got my picture and sorry the second one didn't work. I have to stand corrected. I looked closer at the logo and it isn't a C it is an O Also, to the right of the Pleasant Company imprint is some etching that looks like a tick tack toe board, a circle with a bird in it and a period. I do not know what to make of it. "

    hmmm...

I never bid until the last minute. I haven't used a snipe servie, but I will if I really want something. On e-bay, there are many good auctions that seem to come up right after you buy something. Like someone else said, Kirsten is often on e-Bay and you can probably get a better deal. In the mean time, have fun looking!

The "tic tac toe" think is probably the artist's mark, right? It does look sort of like the #.

It is so easy to get caught up in the bidding. I would say that in normal times, you could could a PM Kirsten for $60 or so. Watch shipping prices, too. I figure that $12 is similar to what you'd pay at AG (I think it's 10.95?), but any more than that, and you are paying "extra." Some charge less than $10, which is great.

I will echo not to buy until the last minute. Justsnipe.com was recommended to me by a board member, and I've been pleased with it. It's free, and they place the bid at the last minute for you.

So, decide what you want to pay, and be patient. Unless you want a PM specifically, consider what you would pay new with the 10% code and decide what it's worth it to you to save. . . .

    Good luck!
